New Concept Corporate English Training

In the fall of 2017, J-Cast will debut a new concept of corporate English training, which involves a combination of one-on-one live video English lessons for individual employees and on-site training, with a focus on hospitality. In addition to grammar , conversation, pronunciation and phrases, non-verbal aspects, such as hand movement, eye contact, facial expression, voice dictation and more is instructed.

Customized English text creation

Every business is different.  

Our team of interpreters, English professors, corporate business persons and other industry specialists,  create a curriculum specifically for your needs. We expand upon our current curriculum by adding your business's corporate culture, specifically in the areas of salon and esthetics, hotel hospitality, and restaurant English. By utilizing one-on-one live video face time lessons, we can test and cater to each individual employee's English level. 

Large Scale direct training

By utilizing one-on-one video chat lessons, with a network of 8,000 professional English instructors, we can test and cater to each individual employee's English level, avoiding unproductive group English lessons. We also provide on-site role-training and other training to test and communicate directly with management and staff alike. We can match your corporation's English training needs on a small or large scale. 

Cost efficient and Time efficient

We have instructors based in  Japan, for on-site training; however, to effectively cater to large scale needs, we work with a network of native English speaking teachers based overseas. Lessons are available 24 hours a day and staff can choose their English lesson time individually. This type of video face time English training is also more cost-efficient than typical private English lessons.

On-site testing and training

We also provide on-site role-training and other training to test and communicate directly with management and staff alike. Employee lesson participation and course progress/results are reported to management on a regular basis.
